Return Policy Date limit 30 days
I will accept returns up to 30 from the purchase date --
Items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was recieved.
On Wedding Flowers all items must be returned at least two weeks prior to the big event
with tags still attached.

We can exchange any new item. Price adjustments can be made up or down
on wedding flowers so please note that we will do everything to make you a satisfied
customer. All of your custom flowers will be made to order and you will recieve pictures
though email for approval prior to shipping.
The remainder of your payment is due after your approval.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit which will be fully refunded should the order
be cancelled no later than 24 hours after payment is recieved.
If you must cancel after the 24 hour period 50% of the deposit will be retained to cover
time worked and supplies used for your order.
(Example: Complete order of $200.00 requires $100.00 deposit.. .
You will be refuned your deposit in full if within 24hrs.
If longer than 24hrs have passed you will recieve %50 of your deposit back which
would be $50.00 in this case. I work on Wedding Flowers immediately due to the
nature of the service)
